What's Included & What's Not in MBBS Fees
What fees usually include
Tuition, examination fees, library access, clinical training, basic lab facilities, and sometimes a development fee. Some colleges include a one-time admission fee in the first year.
What fees do NOT include
Hostel charges (₹6,000–₹12,000/month), food/mess (₹3,000–₹6,000/month), books and instruments (₹40,000–₹80,000 over 5 years), uniform, transport, and personal expenses.
Fee regulation in Rajasthan
State quota fees are regulated by the Rajasthan Fee Regulatory Committee and cannot be increased arbitrarily. Management quota fees are set by individual college managements within NMC guidelines.
Education Loan for MBBS in Rajasthan
Most nationalised banks offer education loans specifically for MBBS. Up to ₹1.5 crore can be borrowed with collateral for private MBBS in India. Loan details:
